Bank Limited annual consolidated and separate financial statements for the reporting period ended 31
December 2020 are available for viewing and downloading at:

The annual financial statements of the issuer have been audited by Ernst & Young Inc., who have
issued an unqualified audit opinion.

Bank have restated its previously published audited group and company annual financial statements
for the year ended 31 December 2019.
