MTNZF shareholders are referred to the MTN Group Limited (“MTN”) “Summary audited group
financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020” announcement issued by MTN on the
Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on 10 March 2021.
As MTNZF’s only material investment and asset consists of MTN shares, MTNZF shareholders should
consider MTN’s announcement when trading in MTNZF shares.
MTNZF shareholders are advised that the board of directors of MTNZF are determining the full impact
of the suspension of MTN’s 2020 final dividend and the dividend guidance provided for 2022 on
