APPOINTMENT OF DEBT OFFICER

Pursuant to paragraphs 6.39(a) and 7.3(g) of the JSE Debt
Listing Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised that Group
Executive: Treasury, Mr. Thuto Shomang has been appointed as
Debt Officer of MTN Holdings with effect from 01 December 2020.


The Board confirms that it has considered and is satisfied with
the competence, qualifications and experience of the newly
appointed debt officer.
