CHANGES TO THE COMPANY SECRETARIAL FUNCTION

Shareholders of Reunert (“Shareholders”) are hereby advised that Ms Karen Louw, who is
primarily responsible for the company secretarial function of the Company, through its
registered company secretary, being Reunert Management Services Proprietary Limited
(“Reunert Management Services”), has tendered her resignation with effect from
31 December 2020.

Ms Louw’s resignation is due to her decision to emigrate in 2021. The board respects her
decision and would like to thank her for the valuable contribution she has made to the
Company. The Company wishes her well in her future endeavours.

Reunert Management Services will remain as the registered company secretary of the
Company and Shareholders will be advised once a replacement for Ms Louw has been
appointed.
