SERVICER UPDATE

SA Home Loans (Pty) Ltd (“SAHL”), Servicer to the Issuer, has
enabled the vast majority of the servicing workforce to work
from home. Critical functions, including collections, have
been tested and are operating well. In addition, the Issuer
has structural mitigants which look to ensure robust
performance in all economic environments. The SAHL funding
team is available during the lockdown to assist any noteholder
