Further to the FTSE/JSE notice released earlier and subject to the completion of the BEE Scheme of
Arrangement for Adcock Ingram Holdings (South Africa, constituent) and notification from the stock
exchange, FTSE and JSE announce the following changes:

in the index with an unchanged shares
in issue total of 174,236,751 and a
decreased investability weighting of

(South Africa, BZ0PJT1, ZAE000204897)
will be added to the index with a shares
in issue figure of 30,390,131* and an
investability weighting of 43%.
Adcock BEE Options (South Africa,
BZ0PJV3, ZAE000204921) will be added
to the index with a shares in issue figure
of 9,454,370** and an investability
weighting of 43%.

will be deleted from the index.
Adcock BEE Options (South Africa,
BZ0PJV3, ZAE000204921) will be deleted
from the index.
