CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, TMG hereby advises that Mr. Mark Russell Basel (“Mr Basel”)
has tendered his resignation as non-executive director from the board
effective from 1 March 2013.

The Board takes this opportunity to thank Mr Basel for his contribution to
the Company during his tenure as a director and wishes him well in his
future endeavours.
