REDEMPTION OF STF002

The board of directors ("the Board") of Sentinel Finco (RF) Limited ("Sentinel") provides the following
update to noteholders and the market.

In accordance with condition 7 (Scheduled Maturity Date) of the Applicable Pricing Supplement relating
to STF002, the notes in issue will mature on 1 February 2026. In terms of the Applicable Business Day
Convention, payment of the redemption amount together with the applicable accrued interest will be
effected on Monday, 2 February 2026.
