TRADING STATEMENT

In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as a reasonable degree of certain exists that the
financial results for the next financial period to be reported on will differ by at least 20% or more from
those of the previous corresponding period.


Accordingly, a review by management of the interim financial results for the six months ended 28
February 2025 indicated that the Group expects to report:

- a basic loss per share ("LPS") of 45,09 cents, reflecting an increase in the loss of between 27% and
47% compared to LPS of 32,92 cents reported for the six months ended 29 February 2024; and

- a headline loss per share ("HLPS") of 45,09 cents, reflecting an increase in the loss of between 26%
and 46% compared to the HLPS of 33,12 cents reported for the six months ended 29 February 2024.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been audited or reviewed
by AYO's auditors.

The Group is in the process of finalising its interim financial results for the 6 months ended 28 February
2025 which are scheduled to be released on SENS on or about 30 May 2025.
