Executive Mayor Media Statement

Further to the announcement released on the 12th of March 2024, noteholders are advised that City
of Tshwane's Executive Mayor has issued an announcement on the audit opinion of the audited
annual financial statements. The Executive Mayor's media statement is available at the following link:

Noteholders are advised that in terms of the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA) the Audit
Report (AR) will be made available as soon as it has been tabled at a Council sitting of The City of
Tshwane.

A further announcement will be released as soon as the AR has been tabled at Council and is
published on the City of Tshwane's website for review.
