ADJOURNMENT OF MEETINGS OF SHAREHOLDERS

With regard to the notice of the reconvened Annual Meetings and notice of new Annual
Meetings, announced on 8 November 2023, shareholders are hereby advised that the
meetings have been adjourned until 12h00 (SA Time) and 14h00 (Mauritian time) on
Thursday, 30 November 2023.

Shareholders wishing to join the meeting can obtain the link and any necessary
documents by emailing Charisse Gregory at charisse@numeral.co.za.

Shareholders are also advised that all the resolutions in the various notices of Annual
Meetings will be combined into one Annual Meeting. There will be no change to the
resolutions proposed for approval by shareholders.

Shareholders are remined that the Notices and Annual Financial Statements are
available on the Company's website (https://golife.mu/).

Go Life has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on the
Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
