AVAILABILITY OF THE REGISTERS OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST AND GENERAL: LOANS AND PROCUREMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED
30 JUNE 2022
Following from the availability announcement of the annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2022
as released on 28 February 2023, the Issuer wishes to advise noteholders of the availability of the registers of
the recorded conflicts of interests and the register of General: Loans and Procurements.
In compliance with section 7.6 of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), the Issuer wishes
to advise noteholders that the current register of declared financial interests by directors and the executive
management of the City of Ekurhuleni is included in Appendix J – Disclosures of Financial Interests contained
in the Annual Report of the Issuer, available on the City of Ekurhuleni’s website.
In compliance with section 7.16 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, the Issuer wishes to further advise
noteholders that a current register of General: Loans and Procurement is available to view in note 50 (Additional
disclosure in terms of Municipal Finance Management Act) of the Annual Financial Statements for year ended
30 June 2022.
