CHANGE TO THE BOARD

In terms of rule 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Kevin Murray Ellerine will be
resigning from the board of Blue Label and its subsidiaries, as well as the Blue Label committees he served on with
effect from 5 June 2023.

The board would like to thank Mr Ellerine for the service offered to the Blue Label Group for all the years that he served
as a director.
