Director Changes

In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, the
board of the Issuer wishes to advise of the resignation of Olivia Van
Gisbergen and Olimpia Shabangu as a Non-Executive directors effective from 15
March   2023. Bongiwe Dube has also resigned as an alternate director to
Olimpia Shabangu.


Nicholas  Clarke and Bongiwe Dube have been appointed as non-executive
directors to the company as well as Rozanne Kamalie as an alternate director
to Rishendrie Thanthony effective 15 March 2023.
