voluntary severance package as part of the staff cost reduction
programme the company embarked upon and will vacate his position
as the Debt Officer and Group Treasurer on 30 April 2021.
Mr Siphamandla Kenneth Mthethwa, in his capacity as the Chief
Financial Officer of the Company, has been appointed as Debt
Officer with effect from 1 May 2021.

considered and is satisfied with the competence, qualifications,
and experience of Mr Siphamandla Kenneth Mthethwa.
