APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements and further to the announcement
released on SENS on 27 February 2020, regarding the resignation of Acting Chief Financial Officer,
Accentuate shareholders are advised of the following change to the board of directors of the Company
(“the Board”).
The Board is pleased to announce the permanent appointment of Mr Wisdom Mushohwe as Group Chief
Financial Officer with effect from 25 March 2020.
Wisdom is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant and joined the Accentuate
Group in 2018 as Financial Director of Floorworx Africa Proprietary Limited, the biggest subsidiary in the
Group.
Prior to joining Accentuate Group, Wisdom served as the Chief Financial Officer of King Hintsa FET
College. Before this, he briefly served as an Associate Director at Lunika Inc. as well as a Senior
Manager at Rakoma and Associates Inc.
From 2007 to 2013 Wisdom has served in various positions at Deloitte in South Africa, United Arab
Emirates and United States of America. During this time, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant through
SAICA, as well as a Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy, USA.
Wisdom has extensive finance and audit experience in the Public and Private Sector spanning over a
period of 14 years.
The board welcomes Mr Mushohwe and wish him the best in his new position.
