Changes to the Board of Directors of Transnet SOC Ltd

Subsequent to the announcement dated 17 May 2018 about the appointment of the interim
Board of Directors, Transnet SOC Ltd wishes to announce the appointment of the permanent
Board of Directors.

The permanent Board of Directors is constituted as follows:
