                                    CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Shareholders are hereby advised that in compliance with paragraph 3.59 (a) of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Listings
Requirements, that Ms Nomfundo Nomkosi Nomzamo Radebe was appointed as a non-executive director and that Mrs
Catherine McIlraith was appointed as independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 24 November
2017.

In addition to the above, Grit further wishes to apprise its shareholders that Ms Jacqueline Rouxanne Van Niekerk did
not put herself up for re-election at the Annual General Meeting. Hence, she is no longer a director of Grit.

The Board wishes to thank Ms Van Niekerk for her valuable contribution to Grit and wishes her well in future endeavours.
The Board welcomes the appointments of Ms Radebe and Mrs Mcllraith and looks forward to their contribution.

Grit has its primary listings on both the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”) and the Main
Board of the JSE.
