Announcement In Respect Of A Further Extension Of The Filing Of The Abridged Audited Annual Financial Statements For 
The Year Ended 28 February 2017


The Board of Go Life would like to inform its shareholders and the public at large that Go Life will not be in a position 
to publish its audited financial statements for the 14 month ended 28th of February 2017 on 31 August 2017 following the 
extension requested and granted by the authorities on 27 July 2017. This is due to the fact that it is the first time the 
Company is doing full consolidation and audits of the new structures which is taking longer than expected.

Consequently the board has requested the formal approval of the relevant regulatory authorities to delay the publication of 
the Company’s audited financial statements for the 14 month ended 28th of February 2017 and the company shall commit to publish 
by 30 September 2017.

Shareholders of Go Life and the public in general are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
