CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND COMPANY SECRETARY

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Erbacon hereby notifies its shareholders of the:

RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mr. SJ Flanagan (CEO) (“Sean”) resigned from the Board as
executive director on the 18th March 2013, and will leave
the employ of the Group with effect from 31st March 2013.

RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Mr. RK Braithwaite (“Rob”) resigned from the Company as
Company Secretary on 20th March 2013, and will leave the
employ of the Group with effect from 31st March 2013.

In the interim, the duties of the CEO and Company Secretary
will be carried out by the Group Financial Director, Mr. AR
Langham. Further announcements will be made in due course.

The Company wishes Sean and Rob well in their future
endeavours and wants to thank them for their valuable
contributions over the years.
