 of Mr JF Mouton who have attained the age of majority (at a deemed value
 of R64.60 per share). The remaining 8 000 shares were allocated (at a
 deemed value of R64.60 per share) to Dana Beleggings (Pty) Limited, an
 associate of the director (indirect, non-beneficial). An associate of Mr
 JF Mouton is the shareholder of Dana Beleggings (Pty) Limited.

Clearance to deal in these shares was obtained in accordance with Rule
3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
