RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that, at the company`s annual general
meeting held at 12h00 on Friday, 27 July 2012 all the ordinary
and special resolutions proposed thereat, were approved by the
requisite majority of shareholders.

The special resolution relating to the adoption of the new
memorandum of incorporation will be filed immediately for
registration with the Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission.
