Mvela Group announces that Messrs David Moshapalo, Carl Stein, Ramesh Patel and 
Mrs Mpumi Mpofu have resigned as non executive directors of Mvela Group with    
immediate effect.                                                               
The board of directors of Mvela Group would like to express its sincere         
gratitude to Messrs David Moshapalo, Carl Stein, Ramesh Patel and Mrs Mpumi
