RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING AND FULFILMENT OF ALL CONDITIONS                     
Unitholders are advised that at the general meeting of Capital unitholders held 
on Monday, 3 August 2009, all of the resolutions relating to the acquisition of 
the property portfolio from Resilient Property Income Fund Limited and its      
subsidiaries were passed by the requisite majorities, with the result that the  
acquisition is now unconditional.
