TRADING STATEMENT


In terms of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, companies are required to publish a trading statement
as soon as they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on will differ
by more than 20% from that of the previous corresponding period.

Accordingly, a review of the financial results for the six month period ended 31 December 2025 by
management has indicated that:

-   the earnings per share ("EPS") is expected to be between 13.00 cents and 13.80 cents, reflecting an
    increase of between 56% and 66%, compared to the EPS of 8.33 cents for the six months ended
    31 December 2024; and

-   the headline earnings per share ("HEPS") is expected to be between 23.63 cents and 24.76 cents,
    reflecting a decrease of between 13% and 17%, compared to the HEPS of 28.35 cents for the six-month
    period ended 31 December 2024.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by
the Company's auditors. Putprop's financial results are expected to be released on SENS on or about
18 March 2026.
