FRACTION RATE ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE SATRIX MAPPS PROTECT ETF
(STXMAP) AMALGAMATION WITH SATRIX GLOBAL BALANCED FUND OF FUNDS ETF
(STXGLB)

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Monday, 30 June 2025
regarding the finalisation announcement, and the issue price
announcement on Monday, 30 June 2025, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited
hereby announce the fraction rate.

SATRIX MAPPS Protect ETF (STXMAP) investors are further advised that,
they will be paid a fractional entitlement in the instance where
fractional ETF securities cannot be issued. This will be equivalent
to the fraction each individual is entitled to based on their
individual holdings in the SATRIX MAPPS Protect ETF (STXMAP) as at
record date Thursday, 03 July 2025.

The conversion ratio is 1.08711. For each STXMAP unit, an investor
will receive 1.08711 STXGLB units as at market close on Monday, 30
June 2025.

The fraction rate is R54.9960 (5499.60 cents) at LDT+1 less 10%. This
equates to R49.4964 (4949.64 cents), which is 5499.60 cents less 10%.

Example of fractional entitlement
Assuming an investor holds 10 STXMAP securities on Thursday, 03
July 2025 (Record date), the investor will receive 10 x 1.08711 =
10.8711 STXGLB securities. This is then rounded down to 10 securities.
The fraction of 0.8711 securities is paid at a rate of R49.4964
(4949.64 cents).
