Availability of the Information Statement in respect of the Domestic Medium Term Note
Programme and Increase of the Programme Size from R10 000 000 000 to R15 000 000 000.
Noteholders are advised that the Issuer has amended and reinstated the Information Statement
in respect of its Domestic Medium Term Note Programme ("the Information Statement").
The amendments to the Information Statement primarily relate to updates of the following
sections:
1. Risk factors relating to Resilient REIT Limited's business and industry;
2. Amendment of wording regarding possible replacement of ZAR-JIBAR-SAFEX;
3. Update of business operations;
4. Description of the Issuer including background, ownership and control, description of the
business together with the top 10 shopping centres owned and their major tenants, board
of directors of the Issuer and board committees;
5. Minor amendments throughout the Information Statement; and
6. Corporate governance disclosures.

Noteholders are further advised that the Programme Size has been increased from
R10 000 000 000 to R15 000 000 000 effective from 24 March 2025.
