CHANGE IN AUDITOR

Noteholders are advised that Deloitte & Touche has resigned as auditors of the Company with effect from
19 June 2024 following conclusion of the audit for the financial year ended 31 December 2023, due to the
mandatory rotation of auditors as promulgated by the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors.

Following the above termination, the Company has appointed Ernst & Young Inc. as auditor of the
Company with effect from 15 August 2024.
