AVAILABILITY OF AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR END DECEMBER 2023
Unitholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 26 April 2024 relating to the delay in the
release of the Annual Financial Statements (AFS) for the year ending December 2023 due to the
winding up of the ASBI ETF and the Big50 ETF portfolios.
The Auditors, BDO South Africa Incorporated, have finalised their audit and the manager of the
EasyETFs Scheme being EasyETFs (RF) Pty Ltd hereby notify its securities holders that, in compliance
with paragrapph 19.20 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the audited annual financial statements for
the year ended 31 December 2023 for ASBI ETF and the Big50 ETF portfolios are available on its
website and may be accessed via the following links:
