NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of Toyota Financial Services wishes to advise noteholders that, Mr. Alan da Silva has
resigned as a non-executive director of the Issuer with effect from 20 March 2024 due to his term as
a director coming to an end.

The board thanks Mr Da Silva for his service and wishes him well in his future endeavors. The Issuer
confirms that Mr. da Silva's replacement will be confirmed at a later date.
