ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DETAILS


MC Mining Limited (the Company) will be holding its Annual General Meeting of shareholders at
11:00a.m (Johannesburg time) on Thursday 30th November 2023 (Meeting). A further
announcement with the formal notice of the Meeting will made in due course.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3 the Company advises that valid nominations for the
position of director must be received by the Company on or before 11:00 a.m. (Johannesburg time)
on Thursday 12th October 2023, being 35 business days before the date of the Meeting.

Pursuant to the Company’s Constitution, nominations must be received at the Company’s
registered office.


This announcement has been approved by the Company’s Disclosure Committee.
