Absa Bank Limited wishes to advise noteholders of a partial capital redemption of its ASN322; ASN750; ASN844;
ASN946 and ASN988 notes (the “Notes”), following client requests to partially unwind the respective Notes. Following
the repurchase of the unwind units, ASN322; ASN750; ASN844; ASN946 and ASN988 Notes will be partially redeemed
with effect from Friday, 15 September 2023
