APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATE DIRECTOR


In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Ms Kim Julies (nee Adams) has been appointed as an alternate director to Mr Craig Wright, an
executive director, with effect from 31 August 2023.

Ms Kim Julies is currently Group Financial Manager and has been with the Group since 2017. She is a
qualified Chartered Accountant and previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as an Audit
Manager.

The board of directors of Novus welcomes Ms Kim Julies in her new role and looks forward to her
further contribution.
