OANDO PLC ANNOUNCES A DELAY TO THE PUBLISHING OF ITS YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER
2020 AND Q1-Q4 2021 RESULTS
Lagos, Nigeria – Pursuant to the directive of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), this is to update Oando
PLC’s (referred to as “Oando” or the “Company”) shareholders and stakeholders of the delay in the release
of the results for the twelve months ended December 31, 2020 (2020 Audited Financial Statements) as well
as Q1 – Q4 2021 Management Accounts.
In accordance with Regulatory guidelines the Audited Financial Statements have been reviewed and
approved by the Oando Board of Directors and will be filed with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria
(FRCN) for a final review and approval to publish. We hope to be in a position to publish the accounts by
Friday, March 24 2023 subject to final regulatory approval of the Audited Financial Statements.
