Further to the announcement published on 24 August 2022, shareholders are advised that FluidRock Co Sec
Proprietary Limited has been appointed as company secretary of Fairvest on an interim basis with effect from
14 October 2022.

Shareholders will be advised once a permanent company secretary is appointed.
