Limited (acting through its Corporate and Investment Banking
Division), issued under its Structured Note Programme, has been
amended as follows:

The Interest Commencement Date in paragraph 17 of the Applicable
Pricing Supplement has been deleted and replaced with “Issue
Date”.     Notwithstanding   the   publication   date  of   this
announcement and the signature date of the amended Applicable
Pricing Supplement, this amendment is effective 25 July 2022 and
has been agreed with the Noteholders of CLN869.

The remainder of the terms of the Applicable Pricing Supplement
remain unchanged.
