established in terms of Notice No. 6770, promulgated in the Provincial Gazette Extraordinary of 1
October 2000 in terms of section 12(1) read with section 14(2) of the Local Government: Municipal
Structures Act, 1998, as amended)

The City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality (“the City of Tshwane”) Investor Call

Following the publication of the Annual Financial Statements. The City of Tshwane would like the
opportunity to engage with all stakeholders and advises that it will be hosting an investor call to take
place on Wednesday, 11th of May 2022 at 10h00 to 12h00 (CAT).

The City of Tshwane will engage stakeholders on various key issues including, but not limited to:

     -   Provide a Financial Update following the release of its June 2020/21 audited financial
         statements
     -   Provide Management Financials for quarter 3 of the 2021/22 FY
     -   Provide a Business Update
     -   Credit Ratings Update
     -   Status of the City and its governance, following the November 2021 elections
     -   Status of executive management of the City

     -   Chris Thipe – Divisional Head: Treasury Office
     -   Nthabiseng Mokete – Head of Budget Office
