TRADING STATEMENT


As advised in the SENS announcement published on 26 April 2021, Dipula will publish its unaudited condensed
consolidated financial results for the six months ended 28 February 2021 ("HY2021") on SENS on Monday,
17 May 2021. In this regard, shareholders are advised that Dipula expects to report the following distributable 
earnings per share for HY2021:
