AVAILABILITY OF LIBERTY GROUP LIMITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS


As per the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, Noteholders are advised
that the Annual Financial Statements for Liberty Group Limited, a
subsidiary of Liberty Holdings Limited, for the year ended 31
December 2020 have been made available on the Company’s website:
https://www.libertyholdings.co.za/investor/Documents/20200317-liberty-
group-limited-afs-2020.pdf.

Noteholders are also advised that the issuer’s audit reports were
unqualified.

There was a restatement of prior year comparatives relating to a
change in policyholder contract classification and a change in
presentation policy of hotel fixtures related to hotel investment
properties. The impact of these restatements was a presentation
change in the statement of financial position and the statement
of comprehensive income only and there was no resultant change to
the group's net asset value or prior reported earnings. Apart
from the aforementioned, there were no other restatements of the
previous year’s annual or interim financial statements.
