UPDATE ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE SUBSIDIARY GUARANTOR’S ANNUAL FINANCIAL
STATEMENTS
Noteholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements of the Subsidiary Guarantor to
Emira’s Secured Notes in issue, being Freestone Property Investments (Proprietary) Limited (the
“Subsidiary Guarantor”), for the periods ending 30 June 2017, 30 June 2018 and 30 June 2019 (the
“historical financial statements”) are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.
The audit reports issued on these historical financial statements of the Subsidiary Guarantor were
unqualified, with no modifications applicable.
Noteholders are also advised that there were no restatements included in the historical annual
financial statements for the Subsidiary Guarantor.
Furthermore, noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 28 October 2020,
in respect of the availability of the Subsidiary Guarantor’s audited annual financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2020 (the “current financial statements”), and are advised that due to Covid-19
related reasons, there has been a further delay in publishing the current financial statements.
Accordingly, Emira expects to make the Subsidiary Guarantor’s current financial statements available
at the registered office of the Issuer on or before 31 March 2021.
