INTERIM UNREVIEWED CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED RESULTS FOR THE SIX
MONTHS ENDED 31 AUGUST 2020



1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     The Group’s revenue decreased by 3% to R699.7million, from R719,2 million in the prior
     corresponding period.

     Headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) decreased by 743% to -2.95 cents per share, from
     -0.35 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Earnings per share (“EPS”) decreased by 751% to -2.98 cents per share, from -0.35 cents
     per share in the prior corresponding period.
