APPOINTMENT OF THE DEBT OFFICER

In compliance with paragraph 6.39(a) of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
noteholders are advised that Mr Hendrik Nel, in his capacity as the Chief Financial Officer of Santam,
has been appointed as the debt officer of the Company with effect from 27 October 2020.
