CONDENSED REVIEWED RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 29 FEBRUARY 2020


1.   SALIENT FEATURES


     Revenue decreased by 25% to R2.0 billion, from R2.6 billion in the prior corresponding
     period.

     Headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) of 4.96 cents per share, compared to a headline
     loss per share of 45.31 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Loss per share (“LPS”) of 1.86 cents per share, compared to a loss per share of 69.91
     cents per share in the prior corresponding period.
