Notice of interim results presentation

Shareholders are advised that Brimstone intends to release its interim results for the six months ended 30
June 2020 on 31 August 2020.

Brimstone will be hosting a presentation via webcast at 14:00 on Tuesday, 1 September 2020 to present
the results to investors. The live webcast can be accessed at www.brimstone.co.za from 13:30 on Tuesday,
1 September 2020.

A Q&A facility will be available during and after the presentation.
