RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on Thursday, 30 July 2020 (in terms
of the notice of annual general meeting dispatched on 30 June 2020) all of the resolutions tabled thereat were passed 
by the requisite majority of Anchor shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting were as follows:

    -   total number of Anchor shares in issue as at the date of the annual general meeting: 216 855 565
    -   total number of Anchor shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting: 119 781 756 being
        55.24% of the total number of Anchor shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting
