AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2019


Noteholders are hereby advised that the audited annual financial statements of SuperDrive for the year ended
31 December 2019 (“AFS”), including the unqualified audit report of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., the Issuer’s
registered auditors, are available for inspection at the registered office of the Issuer and on the Issuer’s website

In accordance with paragraph 7.6(c) of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, Noteholders are advised of the
restatement contained in the AFS. During the current year, the Issuer realised that there has been a
misallocation between interest income and impairment charges. As such, the Issuer has restated the financials
for the year ended 31 December 2018 so as to update the respective numbers. The restatement is detailed in
note 23, ‘Correction of prior period error’ set out on pages 48 and 49 of the AFS.
