DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Holders of CoreShares Green securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the
quarter ended 30 September 2016. The distribution of 18.66296 cents per CoreShares Green security
will be comprised as follows:


 Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross)                                       12.10706 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (15%)                                                     1.81606 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                             10.29100 cents

 Gross REIT Distribution                                                             0.65308 cents
