Shareholders are referred to previous cautionary
announcements published, the last of which was dated
26 February 2014, and are advised that the discussions
referred to therein are still in progress and which, if
successful, could have an impact on the Company's share
price.


In the circumstances, shareholders are advised to continue
to exercise caution when trading in their Morvest shares
until a further announcement is made.
