Results of the Annual General Meeting                                           
At the fourteenth annual general meeting of Mvelaphanda shareholders held at    
10:00 on Wednesday 25 November 2009, ordinary resolution 1 was withdrawn prior  
to the meeting and the requisite majority of shareholders passed all the other  
ordinary resolutions.                                                           
The special resolutions, as set out in the notice of annual general meeting     
dated 2 November 2009, was passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.    
The special resolutions will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual      
Property Registration Office for registration.
