Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 07 May 2026 in relation to the
appointment of Ulf Nestler ("Ulf") to the board of directors of "Mercedes-Benz South Africa as Chief
Financial Officer.

The Issuer wishes to further notify the noteholders that the appointments of Mr Nestler and Mrs
Woodbridge were made pursuant to the board policy dealing with the selection and approval of board
members.
